Salon Policies

The following salon policies ensure that we are able to provide the best experience and services to each and every guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as a salon guest and look forward to working with you!


As a courtesy, you will receive a text/ email to confirm your appointment 72 hours before your scheduled visit. Which allows you 24 hours to cancel or reschedule without being charged a fee. You'll also receive a text again 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy reminder. Please make sure to confirm your appointment as soon as you receive the 72 hour text to avoid your appointment being canceled. 

Cancellation Policy 

In the event you need to reschedule or cancel, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. This includes changes to scheduled services. In the event 24 hours notice is not given there will be a $25 cancellation fee for all booked services. This fee will be invoiced directly to you and must be paid prior to rebooking an new appointment.
All reschedules or cancellations must be done by calling into the salon at 419-214-0025 or by using the confirmation link provided in your appointment notification text. Please note, cancellations or rescheduling cannot be done using the appointment link if within 48 hours, you must call in if within 48 hours. Emails, texts, social media messaging or website chat are not acceptable cancellation or rescheduling means and will not be accepted. A fee will still be assessed.

Arriving Late/No Shows

While I do understand that things happen, please be aware that if you run late, all services may not be able to be accommodated and the total service amount will still apply.

Cancellations or rescheduling due to late arrivals will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) if you need to be rebooked. I ask all guests plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any late arrival or rebooking fees. No shows are charged 100%. And need paid before rescheduling.

Service Adjustments

We strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your hair and service. If you require an adjustment, please let us know within 7 days immediately following your appointment. So that we may schedule to correct you at no cost. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind, or for instances where you are unhappy with your service when your result was not attainable in one session, which would have been discussed during your consultation. Please note: you may be required to come into the salon for an assessment prior to scheduling an adjustment appointment.


Any issues reported after that 7 day period, will not be immediately considered for an  adjustment, but will be considered on a case by case basis. There will be no refunds on services rendered.

​Any adjustments must be scheduled within 10 days of the date of your service. No rescheduling will be allowed on adjustment appointments after the 10 day period.

At your service adjustment appointment, should it be determined that a service has been altered in any way, there will be no service adjustment made and you will be required pay for a new service. This is up to the stylist discretion. Only the stylist who provided the service will be the one to make any adjustments. No other stylist will be made available to adjust the work of another stylist. This includes Jen, the salon owner.
