Where talent thrives.
Where individuality is celebrated.
Where beauty is elevated.
Our Mission
Our tribe is built on expertise, passion, and purpose.
We are a collective of skilled professionals who honor our individual talents while supporting one another’s growth. We believe that when creativity, integrity, and confidence come together, both artists and guests thrive.
We are committed to fostering an environment rooted in honesty, transparency, and non-judgmental support — where every guest feels valued, understood, and empowered.
Through our work, we strive to elevate not only beauty, but confidence, wellbeing, and self-care.
Our Salon

Hey! My name is Jen, and I own Meraki Salon. My love for this industry grows with each new year. I'm passionate about our industry and want to be a part of making sure that our community of professionals are set up for success. Since working amongst us may not always be an option
Some of the topics I can assist you with include;

-the difference between employed and self-employed and what's required
-what is a 1099 and how is it different from a w-2 and booth rent
-hourly versus commission and how to protect your downtime (straight commission is illegal as is not being paid for meetings you're required to attend.
-questions that should be asked during your interview (remember you need to interview the salon as much as they interview you
-tax requirements for self-employed versus 1099
-money management
-what are some self-employed expenses and can you afford to rent
-a salon owners' responsibility
-resources most used and extremely helpful such as budget and inventory
